MenuGleam

Terms of service

Effective September 29, 2026. These terms explain using MenuGleam, subscriptions, credits and refunds.

The service and operator

MenuGleam provides restaurant workspaces, photo storage and AI-assisted photo enhancement. It is operated by Arthur Wang, an individual based in China. These terms apply when you use the service. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to act for that business. Contact us through the Contact page with questions before purchasing.

Your account and photos

Keep your sign-in links and account access secure. Upload only material you have permission to use and send for processing, including visible trademarks and personal information. Do not upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s account or files.

You retain your rights in your uploads. You authorize us and our service providers to store, copy and process them to provide the features you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your uploads to us. You may download and use results for your restaurant, subject to any rights in the source material and the review requirements below.

Review every generated image

Enhancement aims to improve lighting and presentation while preserving the product. AI can still change ingredients, portions, packaging, logos and printed text. Check every result against the food you actually serve before publishing it. You are responsible for the claims and images you use in your menu and advertising. We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, copyright protection or acceptance by a delivery or advertising platform.

Subscriptions, payment and credits

Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. The price, currency, included credits and payment details are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Stripe processes payments. A checkout labeled as a test does not collect real money or create a paid purchase.

Subscription credits are added after successful payment confirmation. An enhancement reserves the number of credits shown before you submit it. Failed enhancements return their reserved credits; interrupted tasks may need time to be marked failed. Unused credits carry forward. Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash outside an approved payment refund.

Canceling renewal

Use Manage billing on the Credits & billing page to cancel renewal. Review the effective cancellation date and confirmation in the billing portal. Contact support if you cannot access that option. Cancellation stops future renewals from its effective date; it does not itself refund earlier payments or delete your account, photos or remaining credits. Deleting photos or submitting an account-deletion request does not cancel a subscription.

Payment refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of an initial or renewal payment if no enhancement credits have been used during that billing period. Failed enhancements whose credits were returned do not count as usage. We review eligibility against your payment and credit records. Refund approval and payment processing are handled manually.

Email arthurwang934@gamil.com with your account email and invoice reference. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Contact us about duplicate charges, service problems or statutory refund requests even if the voluntary 7-day policy does not apply.

A successful payment refund removes the corresponding invoice credits. Partial refunds remove credits in proportion to the cumulative refunded amount, rounded down to whole credits. If those credits were already used, future credits first cover the resulting credit adjustment. This does not create an additional money charge. A payment refund does not automatically cancel future subscription renewals. Returning a failed enhancement’s credit is separate from refunding a subscription payment.

This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer remedies or withdrawal rights that apply to you. Using the service does not by itself waive those rights. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw, contact us with a clear statement of your decision; you do not have to use a particular form.

Availability, account closure and changes

Processing times and availability depend on hosting, storage, payment and AI providers. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a fixed completion time. Keep your own copies of important files. We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

You can request account deletion on the Account page. Requests require ownership verification and manual handling. Export files you wish to keep and review subscription cancellation before account closure. See our privacy notice for retained financial records and other deletion limits.

Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about a dispute; this does not prevent you from using any complaint process or court available under applicable law.
